Email a deletion requestor write to help@estatesphere.in with the subject “Delete my EstateSphere account”. To protect your account, we act only on requests sent from the account’s email address, or confirmed from it.
What gets deleted
- Company owners: your login and profile, your company, and all of its data — leads, properties and photos, call lists and call history, follow-ups, site visits, campaigns and messages, connected channel and ad-account tokens, and your employees’ accounts.
- Employees: your login and profile. Records you created belong to your company and stay with it unless the company owner deletes them.
What we keep, and for how long
- Billing and payment records (plan, amount, payment IDs and dates) are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Everything else is deleted immediately when you delete the account yourself. Requests we handle by email are completed within 30 days, and we confirm when it is done.
- Backups kept by our hosting provider are overwritten automatically within a short period.
- If you connected Google Ads or Meta (Facebook / WhatsApp), your access tokens are destroyed. You can also remove EstateSphere under “Third-party access” in your Google Account or “Business Integrations” in Facebook settings.
